Welcome to Krazee Klean Wash, Dry & Fold! We’re a locally owned, owner-run laundry service proudly serving Bedford, NH and surrounding areas. These Terms & Conditions help set clear expectations so we can provide the best possible service for everyone.

By placing an order with Krazee Klean, you agree to the following:


 

1. Services Provided

Krazee Klean provides wash, dry, and fold laundry services, with both drop-off and pickup & delivery options. We do not offer dry cleaning, garment repair, or guaranteed stain removal.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is simple and transparent, based on the weight of laundry when dry.
  • There are no extra charges for bulky items such as comforters or bedding.
  • Down-filled items (comforters, pillows, jackets, etc.) require special handling and may incur an additional fee.
  • Payment is due upon order completion unless otherwise arranged.

Prices are subject to change, but you’ll always see current pricing at the time of booking.

3. Down & Specialty Items

Down items require longer drying times and specialized care.

  • An added fee applies to down-filled items.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing care labels before submitting items.
  • While we handle all items with care, Krazee Klean is not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects or improper labeling.

4. Eco-Friendly Care

We proudly use eco-friendly Clean People products and energy-efficient equipment, including ventless dryers.

  • Our products are gentle, effective, and family-safe.
  • Eco-friendly products may not remove all stains, odors, or discoloration.
  • We do not guarantee stain or odor removal.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers do not need to be present for pickup or delivery.
  • Customers must provide a safe, accessible location for pickup and drop-off.
  • Krazee Klean is not responsible for items left in unsecured or unsafe locations.
  • Delivery windows are 2-hour timeframes selected at booking and are estimates.

Weather, traffic, or volume may affect timing.

6. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always communicate if delays occur.

7. Pockets & Personal Items

Please check all pockets before service.

Krazee Klean is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by items left in pockets
  • Loss of personal items
  • Damage to garments caused by pocket contents

8. Damaged or Lost Items

We treat every order with care, but laundry naturally experiences wear over time.

  • Krazee Klean is not responsible for damage due to normal wear, fading, shrinkage, manufacturer defects, or items improperly labeled.
  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
  • Liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of service or replacement value, at our discretion.

9. Unsanitary or Hazardous Items

For the safety of our staff and customers, we reserve the right to refuse service for items contaminated with:

  • Bodily fluids
  • Mold or mildew
  • Excessive pet hair
  • Hazardous or sharp materials

10. Cancellations & Missed Pickups

  • Orders canceled after scheduling pickup may be subject to a fee.
  • Missed pickups due to inaccessible locations or no-shows may result in additional charges.

11. Promotions, Credits & Referrals

  • Promotional offers and referral credits have no cash value.
  • Credits may expire and are subject to change.
  • Krazee Klean reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, customers agree that Krazee Klean’s liability is limited as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

13. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current version.
